Total GP Care reception staff are trained to assist patients (either by phone or in person) with their appointments, accounts and other enquiries regarding their visits to our clinic.
Staff will be able to advise of doctor availability, costs of visits, Medicare matters and specialists’ visits and allied health services.
Patients are asked to present their Medicare card and any other concession card (Healthcare, pension, DVA) each time they present for an appointment. Please oblige the staff by having current cards ready for presentation. Asha, Debbie, Katherine, and Natasha look forward to providing high quality customer service to our patients.

Anastasia started at Churchill Road Medical Centre in February 2021 and she comes with over 35 years’ experience in General Practice administration. Her level of industry understanding and commitment to patients and their healthcare ensures our practice runs smoothly and effectively. Her top priority however, is to ensure every single patient at our practice is an individual and receives only the best from all of our staff, all the time. Away from the Practice, Anastasia enjoys spending time with family & friends, baking and travelling.
Asha has been the longest staff member Total GP Care (formerly Churchill Road Medical Centre) with 39 years of Medical experience of which she has done 19 years in Australia. She is from Zambia and was married in Zimbabwe. She is very dedicated, passionate with the patients and has a lively personality. She is fluent in English, Gujarati, Chilapalapa and has a little knowledge of Hindi. She loves cooking, enjoys walking and gardening.
Deb is well known to many of our loyal patients. She is our most experienced reception team member. Deb is passionate about helping our patients and involved in the training of new staff. She is dedicated and takes great pride in her work. Outside of work Deb enjoys spending time with her family and loves her fur babies. She also enjoys watching AFL.
Katherine has been a medical receptionist for 18 years. She began her career in the medical field at the Royal Adelaide Hospital in medical records in 2004 and later she advanced her skills and knowledge in 2005 completing a medical reception and terminology 1 & 2 course. The influence and passion for caring for others led her to apply herself in obtaining a first aid certificate and certificate 3 in community services and is currently studying of diploma of counselling. Her passion and dedication to the needs of patients is limitless in making sure she provides the best service in her role as medical receptionist. Katherine enjoys spending quality time with her family, interior decorating and planning new adventures.
Natasha is our newest member of the reception team. Her passion for customer service can been seen through the ample experience in the hospitality and retail industry. She is willing to go above her means to help people and appreciates forming meaningful connections with them. In her free time, she likes to go on adventures with her family and being active.
